Human resources development personal & Administrative department is the heart of any industry because it plays a very crucial role for managing & effective functioning of the industry .HR/P&a department is involve in various function in this present competitive time which are very important for any organization to achieve its goal efficiently. I have taken this project motivation is a inspiration process which gets the members of the team to pull their weight effectively, to give their loyalty to the group, to carry out properly the tasks they have accepted to pay an effective part in the job that the group has undertaken. The willingness to work can be created only by motivation. Without motivation cannot improve of the workers. Motivation promotes a sense of belonging among the workers. The workers that the enterprises belong to them and the interests of the enterprise are their interests. An employee’s welfare provision refers to a program, which seeks to provide a minimum level of income, service or other support for employees. Employee’s welfare services are typically provided free of charge or at a nominal fee, and are funded by the company. You must provide "adequate and appropriate" welfare facilities for your employees. These must be provided unless they are unreasonable in terms of time, cost and physical difficulty.
